Injury resilience needs a hybrid training plan
How recreational athletes can use strength, aerobic work, mobility, sport, fuelling and recovery to build a more resilient training week.
Injury resilience starts with the shape of the week. Recreational athletes need strength, aerobic work, mobility, sport practice, fuelling and recovery arranged so the body gets different signals without every session competing for the same tissues.
