HYROX, 70.3 and PB goals all reward consistency, but they stress the body in different ways. The plan has to decide what matters most in the next block instead of treating every discipline equally.
Match sessions to the target
A HYROX block needs compromised running, strength endurance and repeatable transitions. A 70.3 block needs endurance volume, pacing discipline and fuelling practice. The right plan makes those trade-offs explicit.
